Hot Yoga:  A series of 26 to 30 postures practiced in a heated environment in order to warm muscles, soothe joints, and detoxify through the process of sweating. Prepare by drinking plenty of water and dressing in light clothing.  (90 minutes)
Vinyasa:  This series is considered a "flow" as we move through the postures in a constant rhythm with resting time in traditional sun salutation postures. The room is moderately heated, the workout is more cardiovascular, and it combines upper body strength with flexibility designed for students of all levels. Come prepared to sweat from sheer work!  (90 minutes)
Hot Hatha: This class incorporates postures from various disciplines of yoga. Typically, it's a combination of a flow class and traditional yoga postures.  This is a great class for combining the increased cardiovascular benefits of a vinyasa practice with the more strengthening moves of traditional yoga and suitable for all levels.  (90 minutes)
Beginner: This is a gentle class geared towards individual needs.  The goal is to help students realize their potential and get the most out of their practice regardless of physical limitations.  Class is conducted in a warm room and is great for the beginner, rusty practitioners, and even moms-to-be.  (60 minutes)
