Yoga is a system of self-improvement and spiritual growth that developed in India over 2,000 years ago. There are many branches of yoga; Hatha yoga is the most widely known. Hot Yoga Studio has instructors that teach Hatha yoga and focus on body alignment, relaxation training and control of breath.
Everyone can benefit from yoga. One does not need to be in special condition to start practicing yoga.
